Consequences & Follow-Up
Consequences
When behavior incidents are entered, you can select two types of consequences. One type of consequence requires a follow-up, and so a reminder list is provided when administrative users login until that item is followed-up on.
You can customize the consequences from the pull-down menu, so you can determine which consequences require a follow-up and which ones don't. For example, you might want follow-up for detentions, so you can make sure that students actually serve their detentions. When the detention consequence is selected, there will be a list on the home menu that will have all of the detentions that need follow up. When the detentions are served, the administrator can check off the box next to each consequence, and it will be taken off the follow-up screen.
The video above will go through the steps of how to use the consequence feature successfully.
