Graduating
How to graduate students to the next grade level.
This is an action that you will want to perform at the end Graduating your data moves all students to the following grade-level. It also graduates users from the system who have completed their final year at your school.To graduate your students follow these steps:
1. Click on the administration tab on the top toolbar.
2. Click on the "graduation" button.
3. Select the final year for students at your school. For example, if you are a K-6 school, select 6th grade. If you are 8-12 high school, select 12. This means that students who are currently in their final year at your school will be graduated out of the system. All other students will move to the following grade level.
4. Click on the graduation button to perform the graduation action.
5. You will see a note of how many students graduated and advanced to the following grade level.
6. You are done. If you make a mistake, you can "ungraduate" or reverse the graduation action by typing in the date you performed the graduation, and click on the "ungraduate" button.
