Viewing and Creating Reports
School-Wide Behavior Reports
From the home search menu, click on “Administration” on the top toolbar. Look under the heading “Reports” and you’ll see two options: Student List and Incident Count. Click on the Incident Count to create a behavior report.
Student Incident Count
This report helps administrators see trends and behavior problem areas. When you are on the Incident Count Report page, you enter a date range for your report, and then select a filtering subject. If you leave the date range blank, it will give you data from the entire school year. You can click “student”, and it will list how many incidents each student has. You can also choose rule, and see the number of rule violations that occurred for each rule during the selected time period. You can also do the same for location, period, teacher, consequences, and by who recorded the incident.
Note: If you click the box next to chart, you will be given a graphical breakdown of the data. If you don't click the box, a PDF report will be generated that has the numerical data displayed.
Advanced Incident Search
From the home menu click on “Incident Search” on the top toolbar, and it will take you to the Incident Search Page. If you do not change anything and simply click the “search” button, you will see a list of all of the incidents in the system. You can modify this by filtering by grade, teacher, role, rule, etc. For example, if you choose the rule “cheating” and leave everything else blank, you will see all of the incidents that involve cheating. You can choose as many or as few filters as you want to pinpoint the incidents you are looking for.
When you view the search results you can view any individual incident in more detail by clicking on the date of that particular incident. You can view/print a PDF report of your search results by clicking on “PDF Report’ in the top toolbar.
